By sharing your personal journey back from crisis or loss, everyone who reads this can gather strength from your experience. Writing this book was our project; it was our way of sharing a collaboration of the heart, mind, and hands, which was only made possible by the love and support of our friends. Without reaching out to others, this book would have never happened.
The Birdhouse Project is a project-based healing book meant to help the reader 
move past the loss, shame, grief, or fear that has them paralyzed in the present. The book will stir the emotions of the heart, then guide the mind through a process of connecting steps of the healing process to a specific part of the birdhouse. After completing each step by taking ownership and facing the limits in one’s life, then follow the final process to assemble the birdhouse, which symbolizes the new life you are welcoming.
